Before sending any traffic, please carefully review and comply with the following Affiliate Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All affiliate advertising MUST NOT include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable federal, state, or international consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

All affiliates (regardless of country of residence) MUST comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to:

• The Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”)

• The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003

• FTC rules and guidelines regarding advertising, endorsements, and testimonials

• FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising

• National Advertising Division (NAD) guidelines

• All applicable federal, state, and international consumer protection laws

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that all ads, pages, emails, and creatives comply with these requirements.

Testimonials & Endorsements

• Affiliates are NOT permitted to use Neurowave customer testimonials, reviews, before-and-after results, or implied user outcomes in their promotions.

• Affiliates may purchase the product, personally try it, and publish an honest, clearly disclosed personal review based solely on their own experience.

Brand Bidding & PPC Restrictions

Affiliates running PPC or paid advertising campaigns MAY NOT:

• Bid on Neurowave, Neurowave Audio, or any Neurowave-branded keywords (including variations such as “Neurowave review”)

• Use the Neurowave brand name in PPC ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or creatives

Prohibited Language & Framing

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using negative or misleading terminology, including but not limited to words such as:

• “scam”

• “fraud”

• “fake”

• “exposed”

• or similar language

This restriction applies to ads, landing pages, review sites, social media posts, videos, and organic search content.

No Bonus Incentives (NO BONUSING)

Affiliates may NOT offer:

• Cash rebates

• Third-party bonuses

• Incentives of any kind to encourage purchase

This includes free reports, courses, software, apps, or services offered as a bonus for purchasing Neurowave.

Creative & Asset Usage

• Affiliates may NOT use any images, videos, audio, or creatives they do not own.

• This includes Neurowave sales videos, VSL clips, voiceovers, or proprietary assets (in whole or in part).

• Affiliates may not imply any endorsement (celebrity, medical, scientific, or otherwise) without explicit written permission from Neurowave Labs.

Review Pages & Representation

Affiliates are NOT allowed to:

• Represent themselves as the creators, owners, or official representatives of Neurowave

• Create pages or accounts that impersonate Neurowave or its founders

If creating a review page:

• The word “REVIEW” must appear clearly in:

  • The page title

  • The URL

  • Any headline or branding

• Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation for the review

This applies to blogs, websites, YouTube, social media pages, or any online platform.

Press Releases & Media

Affiliates are NOT permitted to:

• Publish or distribute press releases related to Neurowave

• Submit Neurowave-related content to press distribution platforms or media outlets

No Derivative Products or Apps

Affiliates may NOT:

• Create apps, tools, reports, books, courses, or any products branded with the Neurowave name

• Give away or sell any products that imply association with or ownership of Neurowave

Marketplace & Retail Restrictions

Affiliates may NOT promote Neurowave on:

• Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar marketplaces

• App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.)

• Classified ad sites (Craigslist, Gumtree, etc.)

Funnel Integrity

Affiliates may NOT:

• Bypass Neurowave pages

• Direct-link to order forms or checkout pages

All customers must view the Neurowave offer as presented by Neurowave before reaching the cart.

Indemnification & Responsibility

Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neurowave Labs, its owners, and partners from any claims, investigations, losses, or legal actions arising from:

• Affiliate advertising

• Policy violations

• Non-compliant marketing practices

Neurowave Labs does NOT pre-approve affiliate ads.
Compliance responsibility lies entirely with the Affiliate.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

🚫 Any affiliate caught violating these terms will be banned immediately, without warning, and without eligibility for reinstatement.
